My vast work experience from my previous employment have taught me operational knowledge in office functions, administration, accounting. Over the years, I have been preparing management and financial reports tailored to the information users. My customer service experience have also taught me how to deal complex situation with honesty and confidence and turn them into opportunities to build better relationships.

As the new trend, I also underwent training in virtual assistance through Filipino Virtual Assistance in order to explore another possibility of professional growth. The work load and expectation is quite similar to a typical office setting.
